Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman (2025) Awarded by the Government of Uttarakhand, the Gaurav Samman is one of the state's two highest civilian honours. It was awarded to Dev Raturi in 2025 in recognition of his contributions to entrepreneurship, cultural diplomacy, international representation, and social impact — achievements that brought global visibility to both Uttarakhand and India.
For a man who left Uttarakhand at nineteen with nothing guaranteed, the award carries a particular weight. It represents the recognition of the very place he left, acknowledging what he built in its name while he was away.
